ENGLISHby working with me, you are agreeing with these terms of service:- You are aware that I have ADHD, so it is common for me to end up delaying some orders. If you need a deadline, you will let me know beforehand;- You are aware that due to many factors, my style tends to be inconsistent and you are giving me creative freedom;- You won't use my art as a NFT or for AI training;- I have the right to post the illustration in W.I.P.;- I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason;- I have the right to refund you if I no longer wish to work in your project;- I have the right to post the final product in my social networks and portfolio;- You have the right to claim the privacy request (where I am not allowed to post W.I.Ps on my social networks and delay to post on my portfolio in case it is a surprise or a gift);- You may have the right to use the illustration for personal uses;- I will only sell 18+ commissions for legal adults, so you may provide any kind of proof you are of age;- In case of ordering a commission and having no response back from the client after 2 months, your commission will be cancelled and not refunded.PT-BR

Caso precise de um prazo, me avise com antecedência;- Você está consciente que devido a muitos fatores, meu estilo artístico pode ser inconsistente e você está me dando liberdade criativa;- Você não usará minha arte como NFT ou para treinamento de IA;- Tenho o direito de postar etapas da sua ilustração como W.I.P.;- Tenho o direito de recusar a sua comissão por qualquer motivo pessoal;- Tenho o direito de reembolsá-lo caso eu não deseje mais trabalhar no seu projeto;- Tenho o direito de postar o produto final em minhas redes sociais e portfólio;- Você tem o direito de reivindicar o pedido de privacidade (onde não tenho permissão para postar W.I.Ps em minhas redes sociais e atrasarei a postagem da sua peça em meu portfólio caso seja uma surpresa ou um presente);- Você pode ter o direito de usar a ilustração para uso pessoal;- Eu apenas vendo comissões 18+ para adultos legais, então você terá que me mostrar qualquer prova de que você tem idade o suficiente;- Caso o cliente suma durante o trabalho e não retorne respostas no período de 2 meses, a comissão será cancelada e não haverá reembolso.

I am an artist who specializes a lot in furry art and mascot art (think of hamtaro for example), so things outside of this parameter might not look the way you desire;My style for humans include things such as paws-hands and stylized face fur (example) , if you do not wish your characters to have those traits, I might charge you extra since it goes outside of my usual style;If something isn't included in the list, please ask beforehand!_{* i might refuse certain fandoms due to personal preference}_{** Please ask what is available, don't send me reference I didn't ask beforehand, it might cost more than the regular price}_{*** I can draw characters who are complex and not perfect, but i won't draw anything that displays anything hateful towards any group (examples: character with a nazi flag or nazi imagery; character saying anything homophobic, transphobic, ableist or racist)}IN CASE OF REFUNDS
- You have the right to ask 100% of your payment back before I finish the final sketch, but after you are not allowed a refund, this is due to the fact that I live paycheck by paycheck, so please be mindful of your spendings before ordering a commission!

- Comments and offenses that disrespect me as a person;
- Inappropriate comments such as sexual/romantic advances (i'm here to provide a service only);
- Sharing any kind of sexual imagery during work process (exception is if I request it for a commission);
- Insistent behavior to befriend me during my work (you put me in a very awkward position during the process, you can always be lighthearted and all, but please recognize that i'm there to provide a service) (doesn't apply if we are already friends);Overall, treat me with respect and as a service provider.I might cancel your commission for any reason, but if it doesn't apply to the conditions above, you will receive 100% of your money back.
